UK Shipping
- Free UK delivery on all orders over £50
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day
Delivery Options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery in 1 working day
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using tracked delivery services.
- Delivery times typically range from 3-7 working days, depending on destination
- Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout
Customs & Import Fees:
We cover all customs fees and import taxes, so you will not be charged any additional fees and there will be no delays at customs
Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped
- Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, promotions)
